    New Era was the only plumbing company that responded and actually showed up after I called on a Monday night. Understanding that it was a holiday weekend and resources were limited, they called me first thing the next morning with an ETA for a technician, and he arrived on time! Emmanuel was professional, personable, and resolved my issue quickly. I plan to use them again for future services.

    The service was awesome!! The gentlemen were prompt and performed great service!!! My garbage disposal was a huge nuisance and needed to be removed. They removed it and repiped the plumbing quickly and very efficiently.

    Bobby & Carlos were swift and got the job done in about 20 minutes! I will definitely call New Era again if I need anything plumbing wise. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Home depot sent a group out here twice who couldn't do the job one time. A great experience overall, and I appreciated the test with the technician's information prior to their arrival.

    The two service techs that came out (Bobby & Carlos) were highly professional. After replacing a leaking toilet, faucet & valves... the work area was left exceptionally clean. They also made sure I checked everything in their presence before leaving. They were personable, yet remained professional and represented the company very well. Should I need further service, I would definitely use them again and request the same techs.

    Our water heater died and we desperately needed a new one. Contacted them that afternoon and they responded the next day, promptly. By that evening we had a brand new Rheem water heater, no muss no fuss, and the old one was hauled away. Professional service, quick, affordable. I would definitely use New Era again.

    New Era Plumbing is nice, fast & pocket friendly. I’ve used other companies in the past and it seemed like I was always calling them back because the issue wasn’t resolved ... it wasn’t Until someone recommended me to New Era Plumbing. I called and they came out the same day, fixed my ongoing problem, it’s been a few months now and I’ve had no problems. Such Great Service, professional and does not leave a mess for you to clean.     New Era Plumbing is literally the best, I’ve used other companies in the past and it seems that they can never fix the plumbing issue I was having but they were charging like they fixed the issue ... it wasn’t Until someone recommended me to NEW ERA PLUMBING I called and they came out the same day, fixed my ongoing problem, it’s been a month and my problem has been solved...   • Very Affordable and Helpful Courteous
    I had to call New Era Plumbing to unclog my bathroom sink that was clogged with hair and God knows what else. I was very impressed with this company as I was very upset and trying to get my sink unclogged asap. When I called they arrived very swiftly asked me the problem and was able in no time to unclog my bathroom sink and give me tips on how to keep my drain clear. I was very impressed with this company not only did they come quick called they were very affordable and helpful courteous. Their customer service is unmatched.     New Era Plumbing has been the most outstanding plumbing service we have ever received. Our plumber was kind, friendly, efficient, helpful, and even great with our dogs.   • Job Well Done
    Bobby undertook a job that some other plumbers didn't want to touch, as it involved digging up a lot of concrete. He removed a toilet and shower drain in my basement that was originally intended to be another bathroom and replaced the original cast iron piping on the sewer line with PVC. He came with a team of concrete workers and got the job done in one day. Bobby seems to be a highly competent master plumber and I do recommend him.

    The technician came out within two hours of the call and was even 10 minutes early. Gave a fair estimate to complete the job.  The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained all parts of the process.  Cleaned up everything nicely afterward.  Although took longer than anticipated, he didn't try to tack on extra fees. I would recommend it to anyone and will call again if needed.
